Our Story

We started because
the problem kept repeating.

Every Dynamics 365 programme we worked on revealed the same gap. The ERP and CE applications were configured and connected. The commerce platform was chosen. But the integration layer, the part that connects everything was still an afterthought. And what about the non‑Microsoft applications, commerce platforms, external warehousing partners and vendors that sit outside the Microsoft stack? We built 365Connect to fix that.

Manoj and Patrick met on a large-scale Dynamics 365 Commerce programme. Between them, they had decades of experience across ERP architecture, Azure integration, and headless commerce delivery.

What they kept seeing was the same pattern: companies investing millions in Dynamics 365, only to find that the integration layer - the part that connects ERP to commerce, warehouses, vendors, and AI - was always the last thing anyone planned for and the first thing that caused a programme to stall.

ERP partners were brilliant at modules. Commerce agencies were brilliant at storefronts. Nobody owned the integration layer between them. That's the gap 365Connect was built to fill.

We designed the accelerator frameworks, built the API repository, and created the delivery methodology that means our clients start further along - and finish on time.

2022 – 2023
First accelerator frameworks built
The Enterprise API Repository, Warehouse Integration Framework, and Master Data Validation Framework are built and proven across live client programmes.
2023 – 2024
Error-to-Incident Framework & LiveOps launched
EIF and 365 LiveOps bring operational intelligence and managed support to the post-go-live landscape - closing the loop from build to run.

MCP Gateway - built for the AI era
The MCP Gateway makes every D365 API AI-agent ready - so when clients are ready to add AI to their landscape, the foundation is already there.

I'm a seasoned D365 Azure Integration Architect and Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and ERP systems. I specialise in delivering robust omni-channel commerce solutions, seamless third-party warehouse connectivity, and advanced B2C and B2B integrations - strategically tailored for retail and manufacturing enterprises.


I design and implement flexible integration architectures based on business needs, system landscapes, and scalability requirements - leveraging both hybrid integration patterns and D365 headless commerce architectures that enable decoupled, API-driven front-end experiences.


Key highlights include architecting omni-channel integrations bridging platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud with Dynamics 365 ERP; delivering robust WMS and 3PL integrations; leading B2B EDI and API-based initiatives; and building scalable Azure-native frameworks with high availability and observability across all enterprise layers.


As Co-Founder of 365Connect, I drive strategic architecture and solution delivery across industries - bridging business goals with technology execution and helping organisations embrace cloud-native commerce ecosystems that are scalable, composable, and built to evolve.

Manoj Kumaresan

I am a Dynamics 365 Architect with more than 20 years of experience in ERP, Commerce, and Azure-based integration architectures - including AI-readiness assessments and MCP-enabled integration patterns.


My work sits at the intersection of business architecture, functional design, and technical integration. I help organisations simplify complex Dynamics landscapes where ERP, CRM, commerce platforms, and integration layers come together.


I typically operate across multiple domains at once - from ERP fundamentals (Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce) to data migration, infrastructure, and integration architecture. This allows me to connect the vertical domains of a programme into one coherent architectural direction.


Alongside architectural design, I often help organisations stabilise programmes and rebuild confidence in teams when projects become difficult. Typical areas include Architecture Assessments, Programme Recovery, Commerce + ERP Architecture, Integration Strategy, and AI-Readiness & MCP Architecture.


As Co-Founder of 365Connect, I deliver teams for larger architecture-led engagements in Dynamics Commerce and Azure Integration - helping clients move from complexity to clarity.
